PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders placed through the MÍA online store are subject to product availability, which will be indicated on the product page in most cases. In the event of a stock shortage or any other issue preventing the fulfillment of an order, the company will notify customers within 48 hours and reserves the right to offer an alternative product of equal or superior quality and value, depending on future product availability.
PRODUCT REMOVAL FROM THE ONLINE STORE
At MÍA, we reserve the right to remove any product from the online store at any time and/or to remove or modify any material or content on it. We will not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product or modifying any material or content on the website.
PRICE
The price of the products will be as stated on the MÍA online store at any given time. Prices on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs. Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a Shipping Confirmation.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Once your order has been successfully processed by our systems, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@miacoleccion.com
Once the order has been placed, the delivery time to the requested address is 1 to 3 working days in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands .
*Delivery times may vary depending on holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter or Black Friday.
Shipping is free to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands . We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, but if you live in one of these territories, please contact info@soniapena.com and we can discuss shipping options for you.
WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING MY DATA?
For the purposes of processing your data, MÍA informs you that the legal bases for processing your data, that is, what authorizes MÍA to process your data, are the following:
· The provision of an optimal MÍA marketing service for the user and/or client.
· The legitimate interest of the user and/or client to be able to provide the service with the highest quality, adapting to the needs of the user and/or client and improving the provision of the services we offer.
• Express consent from users and/or clients, by which they allow us to process data when the user expressly authorizes it beforehand.
RETURNS
Once you receive your order, you have 15 calendar days for exchanges or returns . One size exchange is permitted free of charge. If a second or subsequent exchange is required, a new shipping fee of €6 will apply within mainland Spain and €9 if you reside in the Balearic Islands.
Exchanges or refunds will only be accepted if the items are returned in the same condition as when they were sold, in their original packaging, and without any signs of use. Once the necessary checks have been carried out and the product's optimal condition confirmed, we will process your refund.
If, on the other hand, the order is overdue, damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use, no refund or exchange will be accepted for any item that has been tampered with or modified at the customer's request.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for purchases made on the website is via credit/debit card and Bizum. All transactions are carried out in compliance with all security and data protection protocols. The cardholder is responsible for transactions on the website.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of the products will be transferred to the customer upon receipt of full payment of all amounts due in respect of them, including shipping costs, or upon delivery, whichever is later. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "delivery" or "delivered" shall be deemed to have occurred upon signature of receipt at the agreed delivery address.
SECURITY
The website uses industry-standard information security techniques, such as firewalls, access control procedures, and cryptographic mechanisms, to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these objectives, the user/customer agrees that the provider may collect data for the purpose of authenticating access controls.
We guarantee that every transaction made on MÍA is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out in a secure environment. · Also, your credit card details are not recorded in any database but go directly to the bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that, in an effort to provide greater security for credit card holders, we have incorporated the secure payment system known as CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) into our payment gateway. Therefore, if you hold a "secured" card, you can always make payments with VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.
· If your card is not affiliated with this payment system, MÍA will only accept VISA or MASTERCARD credit card payments from customers with a proven track record of reliability.
· In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code that corresponds to the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and MÍA will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
Applicable regulations require that some of the information or communications we send you be in writing. By using this online store, you agree that we may exchange electronic communications. We will contact you by email or provide information by posting notices on the online store. For contractual purposes, you agree that all contracts, notices, information, and other communications that we send you through the aforementioned means meet the legal requirements equivalent to written documents. This condition will not affect your statutory rights. Product Warranty for Lack of Conformity: The online store's liability for lack of conformity of the product will be governed by the provisions of Articles 114 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
