I. SHIPPING

Once the order has been placed, the delivery times to the requested address are:

Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal)

1. Free shipping on orders of €150 or more. (Delivery in 1-3 business days).
2. Standard shipping on orders under €150, €4.95. (Delivery in 1-3 business days)).

Balearic

Shipping fee €9 
Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days

Rest of the EU countries

Shipping fee €15 
Delivery time: 5 to 7 business days

*Delivery times may vary depending on holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter or Black Friday.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, but if you reside in one of these territories, you can contact us. info@miacoleccion.com and we will be able to assess shipping options for these cases.

II. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Once you receive your order, you will have 15 calendar days for exchanges or returnsOne size exchange is permitted free of charge. If a second or subsequent exchange is required, a new shipping fee of €6 will apply within mainland Spain and €9 if you reside in the Balearic Islands.

Exchanges or refunds will only be accepted if the items are returned in the same condition as when they were sold, in their original packaging, and without any signs of use. Once the necessary checks have been carried out and the product's optimal condition confirmed, we will process your refund.

If, on the other hand, the order is overdue, damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use, no refund or exchange will be accepted for any item that has been tampered with or modified at the customer's request.
