I. SHIPPING

Once the order is placed, the delivery times to the requested address are:

Iberian Peninsula — Spain and Portugal

Free shipping on orders equal to or greater than €150. Delivery in 1-3 business days.

Standard shipping on orders under €150, €4.95. Delivery in 1-3 business days.

Balearic Islands

Shipping fee: €9.

Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days.

Rest of EU countries

Shipping fee: €15.

Delivery time: 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter or Black Friday.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. If you reside in any of these territories, you can contact info@miacoleccion.com and we can evaluate shipping options for these cases.

II. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Once the order is received, you have 15 calendar days to request changes or returns.

Returns

The cost of the return will be €4.95 for mainland Spain, €4.95 for mainland Portugal, €9 for the Balearic Islands and €15 for the rest of the EU.

A refund of the amount paid will only be accepted as long as the items are returned in the same conditions in which they were sold, in their original packaging and without signs of use. Once the necessary checks have been made and the optimal condition of the product has been confirmed, we will proceed to refund your order, discounting, where appropriate, the cost corresponding to the return.

Changes

It is supported a single free size change for mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.

For the second or subsequent changes, the shipping cost will be €4.95 in mainland Spain and mainland Portugal, and of €9 in the Balearic Islands.

If the order is overdue, damaged, incomplete or shows signs of use, no refund or exchange will be accepted. Nor will the exchange or return of any manipulated or modified item be accepted at the customer's request.
